Aluminum Oxide grains provide a uniform finish and consistent performance on a wide range of materials including ferrous metals, high-tensile materials and wood. Aluminum Oxide sanding belts are the most popular due to their economical cost and excellent cut to cost ratio. Aluminum Oxide sanding belts are best used for general purpose sanding, grinding, deburring or blending.
For universal grinding work from fine to very fine grinding on materials which do not conduct heat well, e.g. stainless steel (INOX).
Active grinding additives in the coating substantially improve the stock removal rate, prevent clogging and result in cooler grinding.

Hardwood floors, concrete, most ferrous metals, composites, stone, glass and plastics.
