We do not offer exchanges. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

Returns

Items may be returned in-store or by post at the customer's expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method.

Domestic & International Shipping:

We ship throughout Australia and internationally via Australia Post and other reputable carriers.

Calculated Rates:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Rates match current carrier charges—no markup, no nonsense.

Handling Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped.

Heavy Goods Notice:

Heavier items such as steel blocks, vices, and tooling will incur higher shipping rates due to weight. The system calculates this automatically for transparency.

Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable:

We don’t absorb shipping charges for returns. If an item is returned for any reason other than fault or error on our part, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Remote Delivery & PO Boxes:

We do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or remote locations where carrier services are limited.
