Precision Tools & Tooling complies with all ACCC regulations. We are happy to work with you if your product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

However, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on products that:

• Have not been maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions
• Have been damaged through misuse
• Have been used for any purpose other than their intended use

If you wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us first. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If it is determined that you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price only.

Australia Post : These rates are determined by Australia Post and are calculated by weight, size and delivery address. Precision Tools & Tooling does not mark-up these rates. In most cases multiple items can be shipped at the same postage price. 

For example : If 1 widget is purchased with a weight of 20 grams Australia Post will charge $15.00 delivery. If 5 widgets are purchased 5 x 20 grams = 100 grams Australia Post will still charge $15.00 delivery.
